How it Works:

- System details – brand/model of HVAC equipment, number of zones, zoning controller, thermostats
- Description of the issue – symptoms, error codes, when the problem started, troubleshooting attempted
- Photo/videos of the issue
- Preferred days/times for scheduling
- Assessment
- We will review your information and confirm if we can assist. If not, you’ll receive alternative recommendations.
- Scheduled Session
- If appoved, we’ll book your 20-minute remote technical support session.
- Note: Please allow up to 2 weeks for scheduling.
