How it Works:

  1. Email to sales@contolledclimatehub.com.au
  • System details – brand/model of HVAC equipment, number of zones, zoning controller, thermostats
  • Description of the issue – symptoms, error codes, when the problem started, troubleshooting attempted
  • Photo/videos of the issue
  • Preferred days/times for scheduling
  1. Assessment
  • We will review your information and confirm if we can assist. If not, you’ll receive alternative recommendations.
  1. Scheduled Session
  • If appoved, we’ll book your 20-minute remote technical support session.
  • Note: Please allow up to 2 weeks for scheduling.
