RETURN / REFUND / WARRANTY POLICY 

PLEASE TAKE A VIDEO WHILE OPENING AND INSTALLING THE ITEM TO SECURE YOUR RETURN AND REFUND. 

 

RETURN POLICY

  • Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
  1. Wrong item sent by Controlled Climate Hub (CCH). 
  • Customer should contact CCH immediately of the supply of the wrong item.
  • Item should be returned in its original packaging/condition, not installed within 30 days upon the customer’s receipt of the item.
  • Customer should send the item to CCH, postal paid by receiver. CCH will cover the return postage fee.
  • On return of the wrong item, the correct item will be express posted to the customer. 
  • NO 20% restocking fee and 5% testing will be applied.

  

  1. Wrong item ordered by the customer. 
  • Customer should return the item in its original packaging/condition, not installed, within 30 days upon the customer’s receipt of the item.
  • Customer will cover the return postage fee.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied.
  • A 5% testing fee may be applied, if the package was opened and/or if no clear understanding is communicated why the item is being returned to cover any testing required. This fee is at the discretion of CCH.

  

  1. Defective / Dead on Arrival item.
  • Customer should notify CCH within 3 business days with a video to show proof of issue and a copy of a qualified technician’s notes.
  • Customer should return the item within 30 days upon the customer’s receipt of the item. 
  • Customer should send the item to CCH, postal paid by receiver. CCH will cover the return postage fee.
  • On the return of the item, CCH reserves the right to investigate and/or to test the item to confirm the issue as outlined by the customer. Once testing is done, any findings or actions taken by CCH will be communicated to the customer. 

IF  

  • The item is confirmed as a DOA,

         o   then the replacement part or refund will be sent. 

  • The item is found to be damaged by customer,

         o   then this will be communicated and NO refund or replacement item will be

supplied.  

  • The item is found not to be faulty,

         o   A 5% testing fee applies and a refund or option for the item to be resent with postage and testing fee to be covered by the customer before sending. 

  

  • All returns should be posted back to CCH within 30 days after the customer receives the item.
  • Inform CCH of the return by sending a message on our contact page
  • Mail your return to the following address:

REFUND POLICY

  • CCH will process item return or exchange only after receiving and testing the item/s.
  • Allow CCH 7 business days for review/testing and refund processing from the receipt of the item to process the return or exchange. CCH will investigate and test the returned item. 
  • Refund amount will be less of the 20% restocking fee and if applicable, an additional 5% testing fee, of the cost of the item only, excluding postage.
  • Refunds will be credited to your bank account.
  • No refund if the returned item is damaged and has clear evidence of misuse or inappropriate use and can no longer be resold.
  • We will notify you by email when the item return has been processed.

  • Older models that are no longer supplied to market: No manufacturer’s warranty; only 90-day replacement or refund policy
